From nonlinear Physics to Biology and Medicine

July 9-21, 2012
Institut d’Etudes Scientifiques de Cargèse

This interdisciplinary School is focused on the investigation of the biophysical and biomechanical processes in living matter with a special attention to medical problems. The School is addressed to PhD and post-doctoral students, as well as young independent researchers, belonging to different scientific communities (e.g. physics, applied mathematics, biology, mechanics). Its aim is favoring cross-fertilization in the study of frontier problems concerning biological systems.
