THEORETICAL RESEARCH:
- Development of Vectorial Compex Ray Model for interaction of light with an object of arbitrary shape and smooth surface.
- Theoretical and numerical research on laser beam scattering by a homogeneous or layered spherical and cylindrical particle.
- Prediction of mechanical effects (force and torque) exerted on a particle by a laser beam.
EXPERIMENTAL RESEARCH:
- Extinction spectrometry and its applications in the measurement of Fine particles such as wet vapor, soot, aerosols, etc.
