The Stanford University List identifies the world’s most influential researchers, based on international trans-disciplinary data. The list identifies the top 2% of the world’s scientists, based on citation data, h-index and a wide range of bibliometric parameters and indicators. Researchers are classified in numerous scientific fields and sub-fields on the basis of the classification established by Science-Metrix, using Scopus data supplied by Elsevier and via ICSR Lab.
